Due to the digital and instantly personalized nature of our numerology reports, all purchases are final and non-refundable once report generation has started.
Our system immediately begins processing complex calculations and allocating server resources the moment your payment is confirmed. Because the final product is a digital PDF delivered directly to you, we cannot reverse the process or "return" the item.
In the highly unlikely event that your report is not generated due to a technical server error, please contact our support team with your transaction ID. We will manually regenerate the report for you at no additional cost. Refunds are only issued if we are completely unable to deliver the service paid for.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the birth date and spelling of the name provided at checkout are accurate. We do not offer refunds or free replacements for reports generated using incorrectly supplied information.
